I agree 110%. It’s impossible for one other person to fill all of the various buckets we need filled as humans. Whether your needs are met by a combination of friends and partner, or friends and partners, it’s never going to be just one person and not always the same person for the rest of your life — and on the flip side, it’s unfair to ask one other person to meet all of your needs.
